History
Double A People Management was born from the history and personal trajectory of its founder, who worked for more than 25 years in management of Human Resources in the corporate world, leading the direction and management of this area in several multinational companies. Likewise, accumulating experience in consulting, advising companies from various sectors and carrying out multiple interventions in different areas of Human Resources Management in several Latin American countries, especially on issues of Organizational Change and Career Transition. As a consultant to prestigious Human Resources Consulting firms, representatives of major multinational firms such as Right Management Consultants and Lee Hecht Harrison.






All this motivated her to create an organization dedicated to Human Resources consulting, providing services to individuals and organizations.
